Are there any popular motherboards with this? I've been looking at some raid controllers and just got curious after the search did not bring anything up.

Right now, PCI-66 tend to be reserved for high-end server boards, not mainstream desktop counterparts. The only non-graphics adapters that can really benefit from PCI-66 right now are SCSI cards and perhaps, RAID cards (like you want to use).

i think the Tyan Thunder has 64-bit pci, its nice for stuff like raid controllers....
