Oh, that one again. Old. The "trick" is that the pieces don't _really_ cover a 5x13 matrix. Notice how one pair of diagonals has a 3/8 slope, while the other pair has a 2/5 slope. This leaves a razor thin gap along the diagonal of the 5x13 arrangement, which is exactly 1 square.
 
They are cheating in the animation. The red and green hypotenuse in not the same angle as the blue and orange hypotenuse. The red/green triangle is 8x3 and the blue/orange is 5x2, which are not equal proportions.

actually, i retract my apology... to me, this was highly technical or just really hard... as areas of expertise vary, who decides what is highly tech.?

When you post something that doesn't stimulate people's thinking, but only brings out jackasses to tell you that you are stupid. You should be pleased that they looked at your post. For wasting their time, they are happy to bash you for posting it. The amount of negative posts you receive on your thread reflects how low is your importance on the pecking order.
