Depends, what you want from the board. I own the asus and I have to say it's still pretty buggy. The rear usb-ports don't work properly, they cause my wireless mx1000 to lag. I had to install extra usb ports to got it working. C'n'Q doens't work either. I have annoying coil noise in my motherboard. I found disabling fading from display effects to quieting them down a bit. My computer is pretty silent, with standard anadtech reader computers (blow dryer acoustics),it won't probably bother you, but on a low noise system they are clearly audible and annoying. People are also having other kind of problems, but maybe it is to be expected on a new motherboard/chipset. The mobo desperately needs a new bios, since the current one has so much issues. I don't like the bios anyway, it doens't give much options for user. No voltage adjustments of any kind, no cpu multiplier adjustment, HTT only up to 240. There are some adjustments there I have never seen before, but no explanation in the manual what they are supposed to do. I have tried overclocking with it. I was able to run 3dmark2001 (not much of a test, but I don't care much about overclocking anyway) my x2 3800+ @ 240x10 using 166 multiplier on memory. It didn't pass using 1:1 settings. I guess the mobo run out of memory voltage, or then the IGP didn't like the raised HTT, my crucial ballistix certainly wan't the limiting factor since I used loose timings. I passed the 3dmark2001 with 236x10 ddr472 and got 200 more marks then with 240x10 with ddr400. So it can do small overclocking, but nothing major.
If the new bios will tweak out the current bugs, I'd say this will be an excellent mobo for office computers, it has no need for extra add on cards. This mobo has lots of potential, but isn't just ready quite yet.
