Where is the best place to get a $615 money order? Bank? Post office? anywhere else?

Actually, Walmart is cheaper (Western Union Money Gram). But USPS MO is cash. Also, isn't there limit like $500.?? SO you have to get two MO's for 500 + 105.
 
Or many convenience and grocery stores sell them for under $1. But USPS is the best way to go if it is being sent to a unknown person (ebay seller perhaps), as they know where it came from... The grocery store ones can be hit or miss. I've even seen 1 drug store issue their own.
 
send it to me in USD and I will send you a CAD money order for the same amount.
 
My local post offices don't issue them. My local banks charge a fsckton for them. My local grocery stores, walmarts, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. don't issue them.

I wish we could just print our own USPS money orders, like we can postage.
