60ns and 70ns simms.....

ok, you can use 60ns ram in a 70ns machine, but you're not supposed to use 70ns ram in a 60ns machine. can you do it anyways and get away with it?

would it cause it to be less stable considering you're basically overclocking the ram?

does it not really matter?

please help, thanks🙂

I have two computers with mixed 60ns and 70ns SIMMS.

No problems. Been running since 1996.

Apparently they are running at 70ns.
