60Hz refresh rate under Win2k in Quake3

I need help desperately, I'm stuck with playing Quake3 at 60Hz on my voodoo3 under win2k. Anyone know of any methods for quake3 to inherit my default refresh rate of 85Hz or at least allow me a method to specify the refresh rate. I'm using the latest v3 drivers, version 1.03.00
Any help would be appreciated.
