That's less than a good 330W power supply such as the Antec Truepower (does 21A)... Don't believe the reviews on these things, as these sites don't always post the bad ones.... (As I know when I ordered a shtty mouse there and reviewed it badly.)
 
Don't skimp on a PSU mate. Been there, done that and it sure as hell isn't worth it. I'm also in the UK (and use ebuyer quite a lot to buy branded stuff).

What he said, but with a qualification: Don't skimp if stable, high-quality power to your expensive FRU's is important to you. 😉
