I'm not an expert or that familiar with your psu nut you will need to combine the 2 pci-e 6pins to run an 8pin converter necessitating the use of two 4pin molex connectors to run a 6 pin pci-e converter. I don't think think you will have enough power on one of the 12v rails to run your CPU, peripherals and 6pin connector.
It's not that you don't have enough total power, it's split on two rails with not enough specifically to run the pci-e power connectors. The lack of an 8 pin connector is evidence of this.

With just 2x 6pin pci-e power connectors I'm still gonna say no but you should definitely post in the Power Supply section to get someone with more experience to help you. 🙂
1. You are planning NOT to overclock components-EVER.
2. Not going to get another GTX 480 for SLI (Dual GTX 480).
3. Not going to go crazy on peripherals...
I have a 550Watt PSU and it's perfectly running a GTX 470 I just got over the weekend.
But make sure you ask other people for PSU advice.
