MNPCtech actually cut it for me...they're local to MN, which was awesome, but they ship all over. They were the first to offer windows in the 600T side panels....before corsair started making their own finally.

Looks sweet, fits perfect, almost an inch~ thick!

I am very glad to see that fix. Now to see if they can send a better O-ring to me as well. Would be able to use it instead of having it as a paper weight from all the trouble I had with mine.

email support!

you spend the extra on koolance products for the support guys!

They really take care of ya, unless u barf'd the product.

Oh I know Aigo, I just never cared to get around to email. My O-ring was about 1.5 times the size of the front panel hole that it is supposed to fit into with about 3 times as much oil or whatever was needed (I think this was from the first batch of bays). Other than that, it was just a huge amount of time to actually get the thing to purge all of the air in the system.

Koolance has been great to me so far, so I am not too worried about getting it fixed. I just wish they had not gotten rid of their SR-2 waterblock. Although I found Nateman to create me a custom copper waterblock, I would have rather have gotten the one piece waterblock (and yes I can look around for one, but they are not worth the money that most are trying to get out of them).

You know, one issue I am having with my cold cathode is that the velcro is not sticking to the light, or the case sometimes ... my guess is it's too hot. Anyone have something better I could buy/use?

cable tie pads with zipties to hold them.

Ive had the best luck with industrial double sided mounting tape then.

It has like a red sticky protector:
