600m, 8600, NC6000, T42 or wait?

I want a laptop soon, and I'm leaning towards Dell.

I like the 600m's smallness, but I guess 14.1" may be a tad small. Also, it has a Mobility Radeon 9000 =/

The 8600 is nice in how it has a Radeon 9600, but I don't like the widescreen all that much.

The HP NC6000 is nice, but expensive. If I bought that I would have the same laptop as my parents.

The T42 is EXPENSIVE(!!!) and I need to wait a bit for that too, but the size is all cool.

I dunno wat to do.

Have you considered other brands, namely sager and chembook? I'm just not a fan of dell notebooks...or IBM's. But its all personal preference.
