There is still an outstanding STG25,000 ($59,234) reward for information leading to the conviction of those responsible."

edit: fortunately the parents of little Toga have produced a new egg, which hopefully will hatch soon.
 
Damn, I'd turn someone in for stealing animals just on principle.
Throw in 60k and I'll taze'm, cuff'm and haul'm to jail myself!
