Hello, I have been buying parts for my new PC since December. Right now, I have -

Case
DVD Drive
Lights
Fan Controller
Mouse
Keyboard
Mouse Pad
Floppy
AS5
SB Audigy 2 ZS

Basically all of the accessories.

Well today I received $600 and I will probably receive another $600-$800 payment in the near future. Now I need your opinion on what to buy now. Keep in mind that I don't need a monitor or speakers.

I still need a lot -

Windows XP Home
Mobo
RAM
CPU
Graphics Card
Hard Drive
Heatsink

The rig will look like this -

Tt Tsunami
LiteOn DVD/CDRW Combo
DFI NF4 Ultra-D
OCZ Rev. 2 PC3200 1GB (2x512MB)
X850XT
3700+ San Diego Core
XP-90 w/ Panaflo
74GB Raptor

I want to get this rig up and running as fast as possible, so I'm thinking of buying a cheap PCI video card and using it until I have the money for the graphics card, or possibly wait for R520.

So which should I buy first? (I'm very excited, as this is my first build)

Thanks

Thanks, I know the exact components to buy, but I meant to ask which components I should go on ahead and buy (ie - the hard drive, PSU, etc.)?

So should I go ahead and buy the HDD, PSU, etc.?

(Error on my part, as I should have been more clear)

Why don't you save enough until you can buy everything together..
that way you can make sure that everything will be compatible and you will have the lastest tech for less.

Why does it matter what you buy now? As toattett said, why not just buy everything at once? Depending on where you get it, you might even save on shipping if nothing else.
