60 Seconds between reporting posts..

Yeah. Oldsmoboat can post every 30 seconds but I can only report his posts every 60 seconds. It's a losing battle.
 
Also, 60 seconds between PM's. Granted, not as big a problem, but I can see people in FS/FT getting mildly annoyed by this.
 
yes. 60 seconds between reporting spammers etc is anoying. i had half a mind to just close the window and say screw it.
