You got to smack up the kids when they are young. The problem is the wussie parents giving kids "time-outs" when they misbehaved at earlier ages. Growing up in the 60s and 70s we got beat when we were bad. :)

We're all about political correctness now. Your kids aren't even yours, since the state can take them away for a number of bullshit reasons.

The idea that lack of corporal punishment is the cause is just stupid.

The poor are more likely to use corporal punishment. Black poor single mothers are the MOST likely to use corporal punishment.

SO lets see, black kids: CHECK
Black single mothers who spank their children: CHECK

Kids still acting out. I don't think it is corporal punishment that solved our problems in the past especially when the middle class white parents are NOT likely to use corporal punishment.

They arent balancing out the beatings is all. Its an art/skill. Beat them a bit, not over do it.
