These are noisy fans (6800 rpm, 48.2 db), but they come with a 3 pin connector for RPM and a 4 pin connector for power. It's relative easy to change the 4 pin connector to provide 7 volts.

lol, i don't get it, up to 9 for $.75 or 10 for $.50. It's cheaper to get 10 than, 7. You can't forget the 48.2d though....then again, you could definitely have fun with 6800rpm.
