I think an Antec 430W psu should go for a little more..i'd save a little and get that

For maximum airflow for minimum noise, I recommend the Coolmax CR-400B. It uses a whopping 140mm fan for airflow (industry's largest) which can be manually adjusted by an external knob on the power supply (lo/mid/hi/auto). ATX12V (20 pin + 4 pin). This Super Flower 550W got some pretty good reviews... it's not the newer one with a 120 mm fan, but it's also only $40 + shipping.
