For maximum airflow for minimum noise, I recommend the Coolmax CR-400B. It uses a whopping 140mm fan for airflow (industry's largest) which can be manually adjusted by an external knob on the power supply (lo/mid/hi/auto). ATX12V (20 pin + 4 pin). One SATA power connector. Mesh cable tube. Gloss black finish, gold plated fan grill. Accessories include an ATX-20 to ATX-24 and ATX+4 to ATX+8 adaptors. Made in China.

Just slightly above sixty is the Silverstone SST-ST400. It uses a 120mm fan for airflow which can be adjusted by a mainboard fan header. ATX12V (20 pin + 4 pin). Four SATA power connectors. Mesh cable tube. Gloss black finish. Includes active PFC and 120/240 autosensing switch. Made in China.
