6 to 8 pin cable adapter

I'm looking everywhere to find this answer, but I am finding it nowhere.

I have an OCZ 700w PSU I bought a year and a half ago, or so, and I just bought a gtx 280 (I know, I know).

Where can you buy the 6 to 8 Pin Molex Adapter I am looking for? What do you call it?

Sorry if this is a repeat question, I just don't want this card to come next week without me being able to seat the damned thing!

What brand did you buy? EVGA includes one for sure, I just sent mine out to another forum member though. I'd check your vendor's box contents (Newegg should list/have a pic) to see if you have one included already. Otherwise maybe try getting one from OCZ. It sounds like they're hard to come by otherwise and can be expensive.

I did get an EVGA, but I got it from Buy.com (had a gift certificate there). The EVGA on Newegg shows the adapter I'm looking for in the box contents, but Buy.com doesn't list it:

should. evga is the one that includes it. buy.com probably just didn't include it on the page.

PerfromancePCs (linked in the previous thread) is the only place I've seen one for sale, but I owuld first contact the card manufacturer and ask if they will send you one.
