I need a way to turn off one of my graphics cards at the source without unplugging it. I thought about using a cold cathode molex passthrough switch but those are all 4 pin and I need two 3 pin to 6 pin PCI-E adapters.

Does anyone know where I could get something like that?

Something like this:

but compatible with a PCI-E adapter.

i don't know where to get one but I'm curoius why you need one? I'm sure you could easily go to radio shack or walmart for that matter and get the neccesary hardware to make one

You cant turn off a video card by simply unplugging the pci-e power cable.

Dont they draw around 100W from the PCIe slot? how are you planning to turn that off or did you just need the 60W from the 6 pin? And wouldnt it just be better to buy a bigger PS?

Maximum draw by spec

75w from the pci-e slot
75w from a 6-pin
150w from an 8-pin
