6 PCI Slots Abit How?

I have the following Problem, SB Live 1024 Mainbord will not bootup.
I have the following PCI Card's
Matrox G450
Adaptec SCSI PCI
Fast Etherlink XL PCI
WinTV PCI
SB Live Value PCI

When I take out the SB Live value and replace it with the SB Live 1024 in the same slot, then the computer will not start.

Would be very greatfull if some one could help me here.

Try putting the WinTV in the slot that the SB live is. The SB Live 1024 is probably busmastering and the via chipset can only take 5 busmastering PCI devices. If you have onboard RAID, that's one. Also try swapping slots so you don't have two masters sharing the same IRQ line.

Also check to see if the NIC is busmastering, if it isn't swap that with the sound card.
