I am looking for a NON-Raid controller that will run under windows server 2016 or 2019. Any help would be great.
 
If you're looking for validated, the Microsemi 1008-8i and the Avago 9300-8i are both fully validated for Server 2016 and Server 2019.
 
Dell HBA 330 can be flashed to Avago 9312-8i. 12 GB/s no -RAID HBA. Ebay at about $100. Or an HP H A 240 is a solid card too and a lot less.
