1. Find out what Google thinks about you
In order to serve relevant ads, Google collects data about you and creates a profile. You can control and review the information Google has on you here:

http://www.google.com/settings/ads/

Google also has a tool called Google Analytics, that helps publishers see what pages you have viewed on their website, how many times you have visited it, how long did you stay etc. You can opt out if you don’t want this type of data to be collected:

http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

2. Find out your location history
If you use Android, your mobile device may be sending your location to Google. You can see your entire location history here:

https://maps.google.com/locationhistory

3. Find out your entire Google Search history
Google saves every single search you have ever done. On top of that, they record every Google ad you have clicked on. This log is available in Google web history controls:

https://www.google.com/history/

4. Get a monthly security and privacy report from Google
Google offers an Account activity page that tells you about all the Google services you are using. You can even enable a monthly report that will be sent to your email:

https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard

5. Find out all the apps and extensions that are accessing your Google data
The Account activity page also offers a list of all the apps that have any type of access to your data. You can see the exact type of permissions granted to the app and revoke access to your data here:

https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions

6. Export all of your data out of Google
Google lets you export all your data: bookmarks, emails, contacts, drive files, profile info, your youtube videos, photos and more here:

https://www.google.com/takeout

BONUS
Google also keeps a history of your YouTube searches. You can find it here:

https://www.youtube.com/feed/history/search_history

Google thinks I'm a geezer, like BoomerD old.

Yeah, I noticed that my Android phone did a MUCH better job of tracking my location for Google than my new iPhone does. Google only has two or three location data points on me for each day now (basically only when I charge my phone at home or use the Google search app), but it had dozens of them when I carried an Android phone with me. No wonder the battery life on that phone sucked.

the location history is pretty cool

It would be cool if it actually worked. Somehow Google thinks I have been in Burt, MI. every day for the past several months. I was in Flint maybe six months ago, but that's as close as I've been. I have no idea how Google does the location thing, but somehow it is broken for me. It makes all of my Google Now information wrong half the time as well. At least I know all of the fun things to do in Burt if I ever decide to visit there! Maybe my basement has a wormhole in it and I actually am in Burt half the time .... hmm.

Firefox + Noscript. What's that script that wants to run in the background? Googleanalytics? Gee, every site runs just fine without it running, why should I enable it to do whatever it does?

It allows the website developers to get details about how users use their sites and other detailed metrics.

Its a fairly well documented piece of software.

#1: They think I'm male, somewhere between 35-44 LOL But I don't speak any languages and my favorite things are "air travel" and "fashion & style" ROFL...

I've traveled by air maybe 3 times in my life? I am the furthest you can get from fashion and style, my clothes are 10-15 years old and were $10 new when I got them from some outlet or warehouse. Cheap jeans and t-shirts.

They also list "fitness" and "food & drink"
I certainly have nothing to do with fitness and I rarely get food that is not expired, and the only dish I can cook is called "paste".

There's more! They also think I'm interested in hair care (ROFL I've never had my hair cut or styled), hygiene & toiletries (WTF ROFL), make-up & cosmetics (ROLFMAO am I chick or a dude?), and search engine optimization & marketing, whatever the heck that is.

I don't have any Google accounts or products...so:

#3: None
#4: None

Love it, I just relived my recent trip to Asia. Pretty cool stuff 🙂

Yea I had fun checking out my trip to CES. I was all over Vegas and it was pretty cool to see a detail of my movements.

Related: every other day is just work > home > work > home > work > grocery store > home. I'm pretty boring 🙁

Same for me... my history was saddening.
Though there was a quick trip to the Wisconsin Dells. Still sad to see the repetitive drive up and back from work.

wow i'm surprised at how little google actually knows about me. figured it would be A LOT more considering i use gmail all the time and google is my main search engine. but i use an iphone and have never owned an android phone, only a tablet, and i never use my tablet. so probably why it's such little.

they have my age wrong and don't have any location history on me at all.

90% of the data points in the location history are a line from Hillsboro to Portland. If anyone finds that interesting, more power to them.
