i dunno, at 20 dollars you can get atleast 1 watt led powered lights these days. cluster led was a stopgap before higher power leds came out

it would be reasonably hot for maybe 8 bucks or less. 😉 i dunno to me anything above 10 dollars is a lot of money for a flashlight and then you might as well spend for a decent one.
