A Harvard study claims 6% of all highway traffic accidents are caused by people talking on cell phones.

I still think it's higher. ;)

Maybe, the 6% is those who admitted they were talking on the cell phone at the time of the accident. The other 20% are getting into the wreck, tossing the cell phone under the seat and trying to look innocent.

what about city driving?

that may be right for highway driving on the interstates...

does an accident that occurs in bumper to bumper traffic during rush hour on the freeway count??
