Don't bother with the Amazon's 5-M Monster DVI cable. Here is the letter I got from the seller:

item and it appears that a data error on the Amazon site caused a discrepancy on
our product listing. The details were uploaded incorrectly, which caused
different product SKU to be associated with a $3.50 price and to say that this
item is in stock.
Unfortunately, it is completely unrealistic that a 5 meter Monster DVI cable
would sell for $3.50. We also do not stock this item right now. Therefore, we
will not be able to send this product to you. Because of the error, we have
gone ahead and cancelled your order on Amazon to maximize your time to find the
product elsewhere, especially for the holidays. I have consulted with Amazon's
merchant support team and this is their recommended solution.
