Heh. Looking up Ming-Na Wen actually gave me Ming Wen, who has a Bacon Number of 5 (Ming Na is only 2).

Obscure foreign film stars would seem to be the best source of high numbers.

It's much harder to find someone with a ranking of 7 or 8 than one with an infinite ranking. 🙂
