6,000-8,000 Car

So I'm looking to spend anywhere from six to eight thousand dollars on a USED car, something fairly big, with some hauling capacity(I'm moving and have a bookshelf full of books and some other stuff) and something reliable. It seems to me that in that price range the Crown Vic is the best choice, any other recommendations?

I read "hauling" as "put stuff in the back" rather than towing.

I wouldn't buy a big car just because you're moving... you could easily borrow/rent a pickup for a day if you needed to.

That said, the Crown Vic is a good value if you really do need a car that huge.

I'm 18, no rental, and as for the pathfinder, thats actually the car that was totalled. I have not had the greatest of luck with that car, its also extremely underpowered.
