+5V Too Low?

Is anything below 4.85V too low? I heard that is true especially for a Geforce3. I have Athlon XP and Geforce3, and my 5V goes below 4.83V occasionally. My games also crash after a period of a minute or so.
 
A little more info and some specs would be helpful.

I can tell you right away though that your +5v rail is probably not your problem. Even under (or make that especially under) extreme overclocking, I have seen stable +5v rails as low as 4.3v with no problems.
