5v power

I would, uh, go out on a limb here and suggest perhaps the 5V line of your power supply. I think it's the red wire on any molex connector (black is ground, yellow = 12V, I think?), but I'd check on that before wiring anything.

I was just confused because this drive came out of a gateway, and they had a totally different power connector on it. The drive clearly states 5v, so I was just trying to figure out why they didn't just use a normal one, so I was reading too much into it.

And yes, I'm sure I own a store. I just usually don't need to care about how much voltage each wire carries.
