Link to last year's thread
http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2225590
Usually the launch date is the Tuesday following the super bowl so once it goes live I'll send out the invites. Settings will remain the same as last year.
There have been some suggestions to make this a keeper league, an auction draft and possibly have divisions (if yahoo allows). My personal preference is to do a keeper (same as ATOT's football keeper rules: 3 players can be kept for 2 years) league but continue with the normal draft. I'd like the buy in for a keeper league to be around $50. The normal league buy in would be $25.
If we do divisons then there would have to be a H2H playoff which most people do not like.
If we go this route then I'd like to have 2 divisions of 8 teams each. However, if we keep it the normal way then I think 12 teams should be the max.
All questions, comments and trade proposals can go in this thread. The league will be set at a maximum of 12 teams. Please send your paypal payment to ****. If you don't have a paypal account then please contact me on how you plan on paying. If your payment is going to incur a fee then please include a little extra to cover that fee. Its usually about $1 to $1.50 extra.
**When you send your payment through paypal please attach your TEAM NAME to the payment so that I know who is sending the payment**
More information will follow regarding draft time, etc. Please stay tuned!

This is a traditional 5x5 scoring league, no divisions - strictly roto. There has been some interest in changing the batting average category to OBS but only 2 members have voiced it.
We have 9 teams that have signed up and looking to add 3 more for the full 12 team league.
