5G Ipod Dock that doesn't require AC power

I am looking for one. I have found many on ebay, but they seem to need the firewire for ac power. I was looking for a dock that hooks into your computer via usb and that is your only cord. Does one exist that isn't pricey?

I guess I still don't understand what you want that the standard USB sync cable isn't capable of if all you want is charging and USB syncing.

Just use the dock and the regular USB ipod cable.

That is ALL you need. You can use EITHER firewire or USB.

All the ones I have found require AC power along with usb or firewire connection.

Just a heads up, if you update the firmware on your Ipod, you will always be asked to plug it into the wall using the AC adapter.
