this should have been available from the get go. When I found out it didn't have it, I was dumbfounded. I'm glad they put it in though. Gives me some glimmer of hope that the top end crop cameras might get it too...

Gives me hope that Nikon will get off their rears ASAP and update my D90

I'd rather have Nikon add some photographic features in their next D90 firmware. Video is a fun feature, but I find myself shooting video less than 1% of the time I'm using my camera.

yes! 30fps @ 1/60th = film-like motion! 24fps @ 1/48th = even truer film motion!

What photo features do you want? My wife is the photog, I'm the video nut, so all I ever use it for is quick clips :D

I want bracketing options from the higher end Nikon models!

As mentioned, more bracketing options would be nice. Non-CPU lens data would be nice as well.

The D90's video mode already had quite a bit of manual control; more than the 5D2 had before the update.

For example, if I wanted to shoot a scene with my 180/2.8 wide-open, I'd stick the camera in aperture priority mode, activate LV, dial the aperture to f/2.8, hit AEL to lock in the other exposure variables, and hit OK to start filming.
