5970 second core

I've had a 5970 since a while, and since a while i noticed worse performance.

I checked it out and noticed that in the ATI Catalyst control center it showed the second core as in the picture(i assumed it meant it's off?)

so i reformatted the PC and it seemed to still be like that. btw the other thing is in WEI i get 7.1 in graphics.

GPU-Z is rarely wrong. If it says Crossfire is enabled, then it says Crossfire is enabled.

Also, keep in mind that WEI isn't supported by Crossfire, so the 2nd GPU wouldn't be used in the test (and on that note, the GPU WEI scores are complete rubbish).
