5900XT issue in a Abit KT7A-Raid board

I had a Ti 4200 in this board with no problems (it's my HTPC), I just upgraded my gaming rig to a 6900GT and have my old 5900XT to put in my HTPC. Well, it won't show anything? I've swaped them back and forth and they both work in my gaming rig but the 5900XT just won't show a thing in the KT7A machine.

Anyone have any ideas why this wouldn't work?

Per Abit, the AGP slot is 2.0 4x, could that be the problem?

That s/n/b a problem.

Have you tried uninstalling the nVidia drivers etc and reinstalling the 5900XT as if a "new build"? Migyht try that that just for kicks.
