5900 SE

Does the SE bit mean it's a cut-down version of a normal 5900? What are the specs? Brand and speed of RAM? We can't guess how it will overclock without any details...🙂
 
Where'd you get it and how much did you pay? The ram probably won't move much..I assume yours came with 2.8ns and is already clocked at 700mhz, which is what it's rated for. The core might overclock fairly well though.
 
I got it through Newegg. I don't feel like I got screwed or anything, but I'm just curious to see if I can kick it up a notch and how to do it.

Download something to overclock it--powerstrip, coolbits, rivatuner, etc. Then just bump it up 10mhz at a time or whatever you want. Make sure you test it after each bump to see if it's stable. You might want to try the memory anyways. Sometimes you can get it a ways faster than what it is rated.
