This seems to be quite a toasty deal to me, as the phone generally retails for upwards of $100.
My first deal, so please go easy if I screw something up.
The phone is expandable to up to 4 handsets. the digital answering machine has 23 minutes of recording time. I've had mine in for a few days now, and it's very very clear. The range could be a bit better, but it's still very acceptable. (I can visit all my neighbors with very few problems, and I live in the country.) The antennas are inside the handsets, so it looks very sleek. The interface on the handsets works a lot like a Nokia cell phone.
1) http://www.staples.com/Catalog/Browse/SKU.asp?BCFlag=False&PageType=1&SKU=395861 - Siemens Gigaset 2415 2.4 GHz Cordless Phone System at an already good price of $69.95
2) Find a $10 of $50 coupon code for Staples somewhere (on their site or elsewhere...they're all over), and that's all.
Total cost being:
$69.95 - $10 = $59.95 * (1 + (tax/100)) = a little bit over $59.95
If you come up with a way to sweeten this (you could push it up to $75 before coupon, then use a $25 off, I believe), post it.
Thanks!
EDIT: Link made active.
