Is this a decent deal for the XFX Radeon HD 5770 (HD-577A-ZNFC) for $153 after 10% BCB? I'm thinking on buying this tomorrow.

I don't think you will find it any cheaper anywhere...

Mind you they are all non-reference boards and will not allow voltage adjustments, I don't think they will overclock to reference oc speeds.
