How she and her husband will care for the kids. Neither one is going to have the energy it takes to raise twin babies.

Also, imagine how the poor kids are going to feel when they start school. Other kids are going to understandably call these people the kids' grandparents and, when the kids have to say they are their parents, the kids are going to be teased for the rest of their school days - if the parents live (they'll be 75 when the kids are h.s. seniors).

j/k that was a little cavemanish though. Just about the time the kid gets his drivers license he should be able to drive his mom to the senior citizens home.

It's called quality of life, playing football with your kid not having him push you in your wheel chair and feed you and change your diapers because you are unable to care for yourself
