5770 is burnt...need another...

well wasnt able to save my 5770...i re-solderd a new capacitor on it and nothing...computer detects it but noting comes up on screen think its on there right its the correct capacitor and the arrow with the - symbol on it is pointing to the - on the board....so now im on the hunt fo ra new low budget gaming card for my GF's PC. Below are a list of games she plays:
-salem
-Minecraft
-World of Warcarft
