5770 in cfx, to upgrade, or not to upgrade

Currently im running 2 amd 5770s in crossfire right now, and would like to upgrade to a new card for bf3 and skyrim. debating between upgrading to a 6970, or waiting for the new 7000 series. Thoughts?
 
6970 isn't really an upgrade from 2x HD5770s in CF ~ HD5870; and to begin with isn't good value.

Wait for HD7000 series. You may be able to pick up nearly 2x HD7850 cards for $350-375. Far better deal than an HD6970 for $300-325. Alternatively, HD7950/7970 will be faster too. No point in upgrading yet since those 2 games aren't out.
