Well I'm using the latest (266.58) for my 570 Win 7 Pro 64, and its been nothing but stable since release.

Love the card.

just donload the latest then use Nhancer to tweak the profiles. You dont get any better

Another vote for 266.58, ultra mega super rock solid so far. The one immediately prior was unstable though, screen goes blank, sudden reboots, and freezes. All that on a fresh W7 install with all the latest drivers elsewhere, so avoid that.
