56k modem and i was dl at 23k to 19k wft?

I was downloading Crazy Taxi 700mb on a 56k Modem and I download 35 MB to 40mb in about 40 minutes wft?

and other dl are at only 5k

It always dl 23k Max on a 56k only by that certain user 🙂

Help me out guys how is this possible on a 56k
and for the people don't believe me what can I say expect that I am telling the truth.
