I did a quick search and it looks like you are correct. They have 3 skus. Product ID Boxed 100-100000065BOX, Product ID Tray 100-000000065 and Product ID MPK 100-100000065MPK.

What is OPN PIB and OPN MPK?

Tray is what's usually called "OEM" packaging - just a bunch of CPUs on a tray. PIB is "processor in box", which is the "retail" packaging, with the fancy box and all. MPK is "multipack", a box with a bunch of CPU + cooler bundles but no fancy packaging, mostly sold to OEMs/SIs.
