Hi all,
I just bought a HD5570 to use in my HTPC. The problem I'm having is that the HD audio doesn't seem to be working. When I put up the audio information on my receiver (Yamaha RX-V1800 which does support HD audio) it just says "PCM, 3,2,1.
I was playing "The Dark Knight" on a Blu-ray disk for the test using Arcsoft Total Media Theater 3.
I've got the latest driver for the card, I've gone over the sound setting on the computer and tried everything I can think of in TMT3 but now I'm stumped. Anyone got any ideas about what to try next? Is there something you have to do to enable the high def sound formats?
Thx in advance.
