550W Gold PS - 3570k & GTX780?

Looking to potentially do a trade for a GTX780 and I'm worried about power.

This my current system:

ASRock Z77E-ITX
i5-3570k - slight overclock, 4.2 @ 1.15v
16GB of DDR3-1866
256GB mSATA Samsung
1TB 840 Evo
PNY 660Ti
EK-DCP 4 PWM Pump & Loop

Will I be able to swap the 660 for the 780?

All 80+ gold psu's I've seen can deliver the complete watt rating on 12V, a 780 shouldn't be a problem in that system.

Yes, the 780 will work fine on that PSU. You'll only be using about 350W while gaming

my rig only consumes 291w during games and only reaches 392w during benchmarks.
