550ti upgrade

I purchased a 550ti gtx. I should have gotten a 460 instead. What do you think? 460 is a big improvement of the 550 right? I don't get the many types of cards they have available. I plan on returning the 550ti. Fry's had it for $130 - $30 rebate.

for 100 bucks its not bad but any gtx460 is better for not much more money.

please list ALL of your specs in detail including resolution when seeking video card advice.
 
Love fry's,huge selection of cards.

I would think a gtx460 is a much better card,but it is'nt my money to spend.

Maybe your budget for a video card would be of help,but if you want a cheap performer alot of people swear by the gtx460.

I would have kept mine if i wasn't counting on bf3 coming out this year,i was a happy camper with the card.

Avoid the gtx460 SE,that card is a pile of crap.

Lol. Fry's sucks when it comes to computer parts. They do have good tv and appliance deals though.

Take that card back and buy a gtx 560ti.

Minus one bad power supply and a possibly bad 6990,iv'e had zero issues with their stuff.

Been a regular shopper of theirs since 2006.

But i can't blame bad products on fry's,they all know me by name there.

People at Bestbuy treat me like a number.
