and this is funny why?
Because I was under the impression Iraq didnt have any yellowcake *shrug*
It's been known about and safeguarded for nearly 20 years.
Many people thought it was bullshit on this board:

"UNMOVIC had hundreds of inspectors in Iraq. Bush, Cheney, Powell, Rice, Tenet, Rums-Failed and Wolfie are all complicit in the BS. They cherry-picked intelligence to suit their agenda. Curveball? Chalabi? Yellowcake? It's all crap."

"Unless one can show that Bush was told there was no yellow cake and then goes and states there is yellow cake, you have incomptentence in the fact that Bush was prevented by being told there was no yellow cake...If you read the book Collusion, it's easy to see that the Yellowcake Memo was *known* prior to the speech, to be false."

"I'll never understand some people. THey'll swear OJ was guilty despite there being evidence otherwise but insist Bush is innocent of misleadery despite the following facts. The uranium yellowcake nonsense - people knew it was fake from the starts."

"It's still hilarious they pulled out that old play again just recently vis a vis Iraq and the yellowcake threat. But hey, fool me once..."

"Yellowcake was a farce, Bush mis-attributed the "intelligence" to the US when in fact it was UK. We didn't corroborate it but took it as sworn word from a known liar. We cherry picked."

"You can always tell the disinformation when the Cons get their panties in a wad about The Biggest Lie: Yellow Cake"
Posted By: Stoneburner Posted: 10/08/2007 04:19
the reference to yellowcake from niger was removed BEFORE the state of the union from at least one other speech by the CIA. The damn thing was considered false at the time of the speech. There is no argument to be made on that point. And nothing from Wilson's trip "confirmed" the yellowcake rumor, that's another red herring some people keep throwing up."

"there was no real danger of the Iraqis being able to buy any on any 'black market'."
Posted By: Stoneburner Posted: 10/08/2007 08:09 PM
"Wilson was right about yellowcake...No need to keep ranting and raving, the conservative line on this topic is false on all points. "
How much more do you want?
