55 too hot for video card ram?

I have a Geforce3 Ti 200 running at stock speeds. It's in a case with 3 temperature diodes, and I put one of them in a little gap under the ram heatsinks between 2 ram chips. When playing a game, that temp get up to around 55 deg celcius. Is this too hot?

You shouldn't worry about it. RAM chips are supposed to run hot during use and 55C is considered small case compared to the monster temps of the stock R9800.

when you start getting errors then it too hot as long as it is performing well dont sweat it maybe place a small fan blowing over the card if you are worried
