Rather than posting a new thread for each of your lifts, you should start posting them in your workout journal. It gets a bit cluttered when there are 5-6 different posts all by the same user with videos of their lifts. It would be better to consolidate them into your personal thread. Granted, your lifts are good, but it does clutter up the forum.

i did start a workout log here. ill start posting there instead, but i just post my PRs as separate incase people don't see the thread, but ill keep it in my thread :)

People don't have to see the thread, though I do see about 8 of yours on the first page. Too many.

You don't alternate your mixed grip?

i hear ya, ok will be on my workout log :)

i dont, i used to use straps and hold it both with my palms toward me, but now i just keep it the mixed grip but i just keep it the same way.

You can always update your first post of your workout log to change the title to say soemthing like (last PB: deadlift: 545 4/19/2012)

FWIW: I don't look at other peopels logs every time they update but I do occasionally go play catch up on them like in Pantzlegz. Just to see what is going on with his lifts. Ask a question once or twice.

GJ OP. My big three lifts are pathetic, but hopefully I will be in elite realm of lifting in a few years.

a new thread is fine with me. I have watched 2 of his vids now and why does the OP not turn the camera/phone 90 degrees so we don't have to watch it in sliver aspect

its being filmed by my itouch and the way i set it up.. well its odd haha idk how to explain it. i have it in between this ring thingy i got, i just have it slipped in there on a certain slot and then i move this thing around, in other words i can't flip it around haha. another dumb thing but my itouch screen is kinda broken so i can't push the record button when its flipped.

Nice job OP, wish I could deadlift. I just find the whole motion impossible to do though despite being fairly flexible. Maybe my lower back is just retardedly weak.

Impossible is nothing. If there isn't an injury holding you back there in absolutely no reason not to be deadlifting.
