53-54c at idle to hot?

I havent done too much stress testing on it but right now I am getting 54-55c idle with the retail heatsink. This is on a 700mhz Thunderbird. Is this normal? A lot of temps of o/c'd systems are showing cooler than this, the voltage is also at 1.75v. Do the Thunderbirds just run hotter because of the cache? It seems like durons with the voltage pushed up higher from o/cing should be heating up more than my default speed t-bird. Any opinions would be welcome.
