512MB RDRAM on single module? (I want 2x512=1 gig)

I was wondering if anyone manufactures a 512MB module of PC800 RDRAM. That way I can get 2 and have a gig. I'd prefer not to go the 4x256 route. Also, are Samsung and Kingston quality? Give opinions. Thanks.

you have to scroll down a ways to find the actual 512mb modules.

samsung and kingston both make them and are good. i'd stay away from the generic though.
